Infection control is highly significant and beneficial to our patients and staff.
For the safety of our patients and dental team, we follow all infection control procedures established by the: Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
These measures include:
- Utilizing gloves and face masks
- Utilizing disinfectant hand soap
- Using an autoclave device to sterilize all equipment prior to use with each patient. An autoclave kills viruses and bacteria using steam, heat and pressure.
- Utilizing disposable materials
- Thoroughly disinfecting all countertops and surfaces
