Referral Program

We want to thank you for the continued support you’ve given us over the years. The greatest compliment we can receive is a referral. So, if you are satisfied with the quality of care you receive from us please tell your family, friends and colleagues. We want to show our appreciation by rewarding you for each patient referred to our office.

Patients will receive a $10 credit for each new patient they refer.

Credits can be used for either an office product (bleaching refills, complete bleaching system, etc.) or to apply credit to your account.

*Rewards are given once the new patient has undergone a complete adult exam and X-rays.
